Jesus sends out the twelve disciples

The difference in content occurs with Thaddaeus and Judas the son of James. The most logical explanation is that both names describe the same person. Judas the son of James would have been sharing the name of Judas Iscariot, the betrayer of Christ. Most probably, he preferred to be called Thaddeus.

Herod kills John the Baptist

Matthew 14:17 And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat?And they said, We have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people.John 6:7 Philip answered him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little.

Matthew 14:19 And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, Mark 6:39 And he commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass.Luke 9:14 For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down by fifties in a company.John 6:10 And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place.

Peter says Jesus is the Messiah
