a French scholastic writer, lived at the close of the 13th century. He was canon of Paris, and had a great reputation as a philosopher. In 1272 the rectorate of the University of Paris being vacant, the legate of the pope chose Auvergne for the position. The time of his death is not known. He wrote Summa Qucestionum Quodlibeticarum.
