Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a learned fellow of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, who was ejected during the Commonwealth and retired to Holland, but was restored in 1662. His works were, Joma: Codex Talmudicus de Sacrificiis, etc.: Diei Expiationes, etc. (Lond. 1648, 4to): Franequer, etc. (ibid. 1696, 8vo): The King's Supremacy Asserted (ibid. 1660, 1682, 4to): De Anglorum Origine, etc. (Cantab; 1670, 8 vo): also Sermons.
