(Καραβασίων . v. r. ῾Ραβασίων, Vulg. Marimoth), a name given (1 Esdras 9:34) as one of the "sons" of Maani (Bani) that divorced his Gentile wife after the exile, and apparently corresponding to the CHELLUH (See CHELLUH) (q.v.) of the Hebrew text (Ezra 10:35), although the list is here greatly corrupt.
