צִיץ (from the root צוּץ)

(1)  a shining plate, on the forehead of the high priest, -Ex. 28:3638. Compare Psalms 132:18.

(2) a flower, Job 14:2. Plur. צִצִּים (for צִיצִים comp. זִיקוֹת, זִקִּים) 1 Kings 6:18.

(3) a wing (compare at the root נָצַץ), Jeremiah 48:9.

(4) [Ziz], pr.n. of a town, only once, 2 Chronicles 20:16.
